Rangers Legend John Greig Resigns his Directorship at Ibrox

Bookmark and Share

John Greig, Glasgow Rangers most iconic ever player with 750 appearances at the club has quit his role of Director at the Ibrox club.

Stating his reason's on the Rangers website as 'Being excluded from decisions about running the club', and with this statement the former player, captain, manager and Director ended his 50 year relationship with his one and only team.

The new board haven't met in 5 months since Craig Whyte took over at Rangers which beggars belief in light of the cash asset freezing placed upon it due to former director court injunctions.

However all the off field shenanigans hasn't deflected the course of the players on the field with Ally McCoist leading his team to top spot in the SPL with a seven point lead over second placed Motherwell with Celtic a further three points behind.
