FORT WORTH _ Hispano Exito, the non-profit organization dedicated to serving the community will fit perfectly across the chest of the Fort Worth Vaqueros jerseys this year.

Hispano Exito (or Hispanic Success) is a grassroots organization that promotes education and health to Fort Worth community youth.

The 501(c)3 group provides a slew of community activities including back to school rallies that offer backpacks and school supplies to the youth of Fort Worth.

Destiny Velez, the reigning Miss Fort Worth, selected Hispano Exito as the corporate partner to adorn the new Fort Worth minor league soccer team’s jerseys for 2014.

The Vaqueros held the sponsorship lottery Thursday at the Fort Worth nighttime staple, The Pour House.
A fishbowl was filled with the participating sponsors’ names. Velez selected Hispano Exito as the company to be featured prominently across the chest of the Vaqueros jerseys throughout 2014.

The jersey will serve as the centerpiece of the Fort Worth Vaqueros and will include hundreds of community appearances by players and staff members.

The jersey will be worn by the Vaqueros in matches across Texas, Oklahoma, and Missouri but will be a necessity for fans.

The Vaqueros are giving authentic PUMA jerseys to all season ticket holders that serve as their ticket into Vaqueros matches.

Production will begin  Friday  morning to have the authentic, branded jerseys ready for this season.
Jersey sponsorship is a widely accepted practice across the soccer world with teams such as Manchester United, Real Madrid, A.C. Milan or FC Dallas all bearing company brands upon their chests.

The Vaqueros begin their 2014 season at  7:30 p.m., May 9, at historic LaGrave Field in Fort Worth against the defending conference champions, the Tulsa Athletics.
